Women – “From Homemaker to Manager, She can take the World”

It is old news all over the world and even in India that women are doing equally responsible and challenging job like men do to earn bread and butter.
The woman, working are still facing unique challenges, unique because all of them are not logical and somehow they are just because of inherited social taboo in all living race on this planet.

Working Woman in India has very different and more challenging schedule as our society has clearly defined work for women and men. New economic equations are challenging the old definition and distribution of work and somehow the redistribution of work today is not done with the fresh idea of justice. Patriarchy attitude has brought inequality in the value of work as work.

Cooking, cleaning, rearing children are some of the work which is considered as woman’s work in a most part of the India. It is the toughest test of the patient, ability, energy and her managerial skills at home as well as on the job.

On the job or off the job, both the places are like a battlefield for her. In most of the organisation common complaint, you will come across is “women employees are not ready to stay back for extra work and they are always in a hurry to go back to home” but that does not mean they are not efficient and responsible towards their job. These are the common misconception prevailed in the industry everywhere. We are ignoring that, in a hurry to go home all women employees are working with their fullest efficiency for required output, it’s just matter of being in her shoes.

Despite all hurdles she is proving herself and walking hand in hand with the time, she is becoming the instrument in bringing the change in a home and in the society. Her scarifies are making her stronger and bolder. She is a real hero, a ‘SUPER HERO’. Her love and care for everything around her is nurturing her.

God might have created man before woman. But then you always make a rough draft before the final masterpiece.

If you say someone has "a big ego," then you are saying he is too full of herself/himself. The ego consists of every belief we believe about who we are and what we are it locks our mind and doesn't allow the free flow of ideas, it forces an individual to be inhuman and doesn't permit the person to respect others, their ideas, their temperament. Ego comes once the person creates his own identity in his mind but that's simply a story created, written and executed by the person in their minds. Even superman will self-introspection to just accept and convert weakness into strengths although this is often utopian example however in the professional career, we have...

Importance of professional ethics in the productivity of the organization

The economy is in deceleration and jobs are scarce. People try hard and use all the personal influences to get a job. There is a survival trait among all of us, however, this survival trait if acquired by an incompetent person is likely to lead to the toxicity in an organization. The survival trait perse is not negative if the person uses it to upgrade and meet the expectations of the organization will not only add in the productivity of the organization but will also help in individual development. If the survival trait is combined with insecurity perception creates a lot of conflicts and unethical behaviour among the employees. Hence to sustain themselves these employees use a battery of techniques.   One such technique is writing letters against peers, superiors, and organizations irrespective of departments and duties. This kind of behaviour is destruction in the working environment and loss of productivity. One question is why it is so pronounced in India? It is on...
