Managing Stress in Desi Style


                         Freedom means life without comparison.

  In today’s busy life managing stress has become very difficult , managing deadline, demands, frustration, managing home with our work life, managing children’s, etc., Stress now a day is not only seen in working people but it can be seen in housewife, children’s they are also loaded with lots of homework’s extracurricular activities, competition, etc., there are so many things running in single mind. For many, stress is so common for them that it has become their way of life. Stress if taken positively it help us in boosting and teaches us to perform in pressure also.
Here are some tips to manage stress …
1.    Always motivate yourself to give your best.
2.    Try to finish your work at least 5 min earlier. Don’t be always in an emergency
3.    Give at least 10-20 min peace to your mind, enjoy whatever you do.
4.    The most important thing is enjoying your work, it is you who have to fight with the situation then why not enjoy, instead of taking the stress and doing it.
5.    Every day when you are coming for work make sure to remind yourself that what has to be done today, same thing can be done after you leave your office try to recall all your mistakes of the day and incorporated the correction immediately to manage next-day.
6.    Do not mix your personal & professional life, forget your personal life in the office, and forget your office once you enter into your personal life.
7.    Don’t compare yourself with others always try to improve yourself because everybody is best in their position and hence if you want to be there you should improve yourself instead of comparing yourself.
8.    Try to respect other's work and appreciate them openly for good work done this way you will be able to maintain healthy relationships with others.
9.    Change your style, a good dressing gives change in your mood.

Handling stress is nothing just twisting the mind and taking things positively always remember that enemies are the best friend, our failures teach us and make us strong and hence if want to be successful we cannot deny failures and failures should always be taken positively.
