Small Idea's that lead to Big Revolution

Tired of getting work done motivating your employees try this…..
Management sometimes lives with the perception that only big rewards can retain & motivate employees but it can be other way. Small regular motivational happy shocks can be a key tool in generating, retaining and maintaining employees happiness as it is said “Choti – Choti Cheezo me hi khushiya hai”

Here are some of the motivational happy shocks
Events related to festival ( small gathering with some entertainment and followed by lunch or dinner) and even events not related to festivals like recognition of performance for the year , celebration of national festivals or it may be monthly recognition of your performance, HR Department can make these small functions into long term motivational investment. These functions not only motivate employee but also create a good team work learning session during organizing these functions by delegating responsibilities to the person as per their hobbies and interest because they  will participate willingly as if their own program. These small ideas can creates big revolution at work place which is not actually waste of time as most of the time management thinks, it helps in creating output friendly atmosphere.

Bosses are like mother to their junior and they should treat their juniors like their babies

Getting work done from the employees, and recognizing the work is also a complicated procedure for the employer. The best  way is to establish a performance review system, where each and every employee of the organization come under the system and all are liable to do monthly reporting to their superiors and then by the superior to the management. Monthly review gives employer & employee both a chance to correct the mistake immediately and when employee is rewarded for their performance they perform more better in next month and every month performance increase ,whereas yearly review do not give this option of correcting and motivating.
It is all about studying the HUMAN BEHAVIOUR and getting the work done where both the employee and the employer remain happy and satisfied.

If you say someone has "a big ego," then you are saying he is too full of herself/himself. Ego comes once the person creates his own identity in his mind but that's simply a story created, written and executed by the person in their minds. Even superman will self-introspection to just accept and convert weakness into strengths although this is often utopian example however in the professional career, we have...

Importance of professional ethics in the productivity of the organization

The economy is in deceleration and jobs are scarce. People try hard and use all the personal influences to get a job. There is a survival trait among all of us, however, this survival trait if acquired by an incompetent person is likely to lead to the toxicity in an organization. The survival trait perse is not negative if the person uses it to upgrade and meet the expectations of the organization will not only add in the productivity of the organization but will also help in individual development. If the survival trait is combined with insecurity perception creates a lot of conflicts and unethical behaviour among the employees. Hence to sustain themselves these employees use a battery of techniques.   One such technique is writing letters against peers, superiors, and organizations irrespective of departments and duties. This kind of behaviour is destruction in the working environment and loss of productivity. One question is why it is so pronounced in India? It is on...
